Job Title: Supply Planner 2
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $30-35

Introduction

We are seeking a proficient individual in end-to-end supply chain management to create and deliver reliable supply plans. The role involves aligning with inventory objectives and serving consumers effectively. The ideal candidate is consumer-focused, process and KPI driven, and skilled in leveraging data and advanced analytics to provide clear and compelling insights, options, and recommendations. The successful candidate will instill trust, act with courage, embrace and lead change, communicate vision and purpose, foster teamwork, cultivate innovation, and ensure accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of proven experience, education, and training in Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a planning or operations role
  • Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills
  • Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working
  • High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau, Cognos, SSAS, MMX, SAP
  • Experience in supply/inventory planning and management, marketplace planning/buying, merchandising, demand planning, financial planning
  • Manufacturing planning experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of factory and supply chain operations and long-range planning
  • Work on initiatives to improve supply planning capabilities and decision-making
  • Engage and collaborate with global and geography product, merch, planning, analytics, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
  • Partner with tech and analytics teams to gain insights and build sustainable capabilities
  • Connect within the team to share and receive best practice insights
