Job Title: Inventory Planner 3
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $40-45 per hour
Introduction

Join a dynamic team responsible for managing inventory for the North America marketplace end-to-end. This role involves combining marketplace insights, inventory goals, and product hierarchy to shape supply in support of consumer demand. The position requires interaction across various stakeholders and global supply and inventory planning teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in analyzing demand supply data and reviewing large data sets.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills, particularly in converting complex concepts into easy-to-interpret stories.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, Tableau, and Cognos.
  • Ability to work in a complex, ever-changing, and dynamic work environment.
  • Prior work experience in the client's industry is preferred.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with apparel or other consumer goods with a high SKU count.
  • Client Power Business Intelligence experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Facilitate twice-monthly delivery planning processes and ensure materials are planned and purchased on appropriate timelines.
  • Execute and manage supply commitments through the creation of purchase orders (POs) for procurement of finished goods.
  • Maintain changes to POs and manage product movement from factory to distribution center.
  • Conduct analysis to proactively identify challenges and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Participate as a subject matter expert on projects and support key initiatives impacting day-to-day business.
  • Drive actions to maintain a healthy inventory position and leverage reports to review key metrics.
