    Who we're looking for

    Toyota's Supply Chain Management is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to {oversee and coordinate NA finished vehicles export shipment to assigned destinations.

    Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain, the person in this role will support the Export Management Office objective to achieve operational excellence for quality, delivery, customer services and cost through continuous improvement and effective collaboration with our associates, NA Affiliates and business partners including overseas distributors.

    What you'll be doing

    • Oversee & coordinate N.A. Finished Vehicles shipments to export destinations

    • Customer Support, Vendor performance mgt., volume planning, problem solving, crisis mgt., inventory & ETA mgt.

    • Administrative tasks such as vendor payment, managing business partners and generating reports

    • Special projects and developmental/growth activities such as:

    • cross organizational projects,

    • preparing and presenting operational plans/strategies/business cases

    • cross-training/backup to other positions

    • Maintain and update standard procedures

    • Support kaizen activities to improve processes and customer service

    • Maintain SOX Compliance

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business or related field

    • Ability to communicate effectively cross organizationally as well as international teams

    • Microsoft Office intermediate or above proficiency

    • Experience in a role multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time effectively

    • Experience in a role presenting to all organizational levels internally and externally

    • Experience in fast paced, customer service focused environment

    • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or Logistics

    • Ability to travel as required up to 10%

    Added bonus if you have

    • 1+ years of export experience

    • Completion of TBP, JKK, and TPS training

    • Completed a TBP Panel

    • Completed a JKK

    • Knowledge and thorough understanding of the Toyota Production System (TPS)

    • Experience with NVS, VLS, PowerBI

    • Experience developing clear & effective business cases and presenting to various levels internally and externally

    • Have flexibility to adjust to changing business needs, and job rotations
