SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. This role works closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and business stakeholders to identify trends, develop forecasts, and support data-driven decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply plans to ensure product availability.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Audit and validate supply chain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.Support demand planning and inventory optimization initiatives.Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to improve supply chain performance.Investigate supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and develop solutions.Assist in the implementation of supply chain systems and process improvements.Prepare forecasts, trend analyses, and business recommendations for leadership.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Document supply chain processes and support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or data analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or related professional certifications.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and logistics principles.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or consumer products industries.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.Requires sitting for periods of time.Use hands to finger, handle or feel.Require close vision, distance visions, color visions, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Moderate noise level. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety glasses, hearing protection, wrist and shoe straps, and ESD smock. Loose fitting clothing and jewelry are not permitted. No food allowed in the manufacturing area. No cell phone use allowed in manufacturing area unless approved by management.
