    Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

    Job Description:

    Job Overview

    Performs analyses and supports supply chain activities to ensure smooth operation and improve supply chain efficiency.

    Your main tasks

    • Coordinate with multiple departments, including Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Production and Quality, to ensure production readiness for new projects.
    • Develop and maintain production plans and schedules in line with project milestones, customer requirements and available production capacity.
    • Monitor and identify capacity constraints and other risks that may impact production or project timing.
    • Analyze demand, BOM requirements, supplier lead times, MOQ and inventory levels to establish appropriate planning requirements.
    • Follow up with RM planning team to secure material availability according to project schedules.
    • Monitor planning performance and ensure that identified deviations are addressed through appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
    • Coordinate the transition from project phase to serial production and ensure an effective handover to the operational planning team.
    • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of planning data and parameters in SAP/SAP S4 HANA.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels, production flow, transportation and overall supply chain performance.
    • Anticipate and escalate critical supply or production risks and coordinate mitigation actions to protect project milestones.
    • Consolidate and analyze information from different sources to provide clear visibility on project readiness and production planning.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, material flow and new project launches.

    Your ideal Background

    A Master's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

    +2years of experience in a similar position

    Experience in the automotive industry and New Product Introduction (NPI) is preferred.
