The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Success in this role requires strong execution, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly purchase order releases and promptly troubleshoot order and supplier commit issues.

  • Support ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturing partners.

  • Review inbound freight and confirm receipt of supply at regional distribution centers; track shipments end-to-end and resolve discrepancies.

  • Help develop and maintain finished-goods inventory plans across regional distribution centers.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reports while tracking key supply chain KPIs.

  • Identify supply risks and issues, and coordinate communication, escalation, and resolution across stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Planning, Freight/Logistics, Procurement, CE, and Contract Manufacturing.

  • Document existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, reporting, and day-to-day supply chain workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on supply chain planning and execution experience, including purchase order execution, shipment tracking, supply commits, and related operational activities.

  • Proven experience balancing supply and demand across multiple programs or product lines.

  • Advanced/expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis with minimal supervision.

  • Hands-on experience with o9 and Oracle Fusion, with a strong understanding of ERP planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillment processes.

  • Experience developing dashboards and ad hoc reporting; Tableau or similar BI tools are a plus.

  • Experience using AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive timely resolution.

  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks through completion.

  • Comfortable operating as a self-starter with minimal direction.

  • Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses.

  • Consumer electronics industry experience, ideally within AR/VR or similar hardware products.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
