Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst IV is a hands-on, tactical, and operational role responsible for supporting end-to-end supply planning and ensuring product availability for consumer electronics programs. This position focuses on supply and demand balancing, purchase order execution, shipment tracking, and daily allocation. The role supports supply planners who manage portfolios, ensuring clean execution under changing priorities, fast troubleshooting, and disciplined, repeatable processes.
Responsibilities:
- Balance supply against demand across programs and channels; update total supply allocation daily based on inbound freight actuals and the supply projection model.
- Execute weekly purchase order releases and troubleshoot order and commit issues promptly.
- Support the ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturing sites.
- Review inbound freight to confirm receipt of supply at each distribution center; track shipments end-to-end and resolve discrepancies.
- Upload allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
- Support the weekly tactical S&OP process by preparing data and inputs for cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain inventory plans for finished goods across regional distribution centers.
- Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting; track supply chain KPIs for the portfolio.
- Identify supply issues and support communication, escalation, and coordination of resolution.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners, including supply planners, freight, procurement, contract manufacturing, and others.
- Document and help streamline existing processes.
Qualifications:- Direct supply chain planning experience, with hands-on tactical and operational work such as PO execution, shipment tracking, and ex-factory and commit support.
- Proven ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs simultaneously.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including handling large datasets, pivots, and lookups.
- Experience with systems such as o9 and Oracle Fusion, with a strong understanding of ERP planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillment.
- Dashboard and ad hoc reporting experience; familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools and incorporating them into analysis and reporting workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and discrepancy-resolution skills.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and maintain quality under shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Independent self-starter who can operate with minimal direction.
Preferred:- Experience in the consumer electronics industry, ideally in AR/VR.
- Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or business.

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour on W2
