Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Tualatin, OR(Onsite)
Duration: 5 Months Contract
Pay Range: $38.00 - $41.00 Per hour
Shift: 1st 


Job Description

  • Strong knowledge in the shift of upstream skills within the Supply Chain industry, ideally a mid-level professional.
  • Experience working with customers on planning, forecasting, strategy, and flow.
  • Strong relationship skills as they will be working with multiple teams.
  • ERP experience is a plus, but the system can be taught. Anyone with SAP experience will be fine.
  • Preferred Engineering Degree as this will be resourceful in the role and future growth, but Supply Chain Industry experience is a MUST have.
  • Interview Process: 1 Virtual Teams with Hiring Manager, followed by Onsite Panel.
  • Ensure a continuous flow of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
  • Manage supplier contacts and networks through the purchasing database (Supply Side Platform Portal).
  • Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of purchase orders).
  • Coordinate Open Purchase Order Management and/or Order Scheduling.
  • Manage the upstream backorder portfolio, component shortages, and micromanage to ensure the availability of materials.
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance through established KPIs.
  • Work with suppliers on late orders, confirmation details, etc.
  • Take daily action regarding Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages and escalate when issues are repeated.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement and short interval management (SIM).

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Materials Planning experience in a manufacturing environment (Supply Chain experience is required).
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, MRP, purchase orders, inventory/material flow, and supplier management.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills for planning, reporting, and data analysis.
