JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requires subject matter expertknowledge obtained through training and experience.Leadsprojectteamstosolve complex problems that cross multiple valuestreams,functions,andbusinesses. Takes a new perspective on existing solutions.There is no relocation or sponsorship available for this position.
This role brings a strong understanding of sourcing practices, asset management principles, procurement workflows, and the systems that support them.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new supplychainsacrossthevalue stream (plan, source, make, deliver) for new product and process development.
Perform analytics to determine howtobestresolveconstraintsto balance service, inventory and cost; and reviews data to ensure successful implementation and interfacewithotherfunctionsandsystems
Analyze, develop recommendations, and lead implementation of continuous improvements to business tools andprocesses, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban,5Y,Plan-Do-Check-Act, valuestreammappingandA3thinking
Provide supply chain strategy insightsandinfluenceatthevalue stream level
Coachothersonunderstanding, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, and use of supply chain tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering,orInformationSystemsispreferred.6-8yearscombineexperience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics,Procurementor related fields
Proficient operating in digital Procure-to-Pay system (such as: Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc.)
Demonstratesknowledgeofandcoaches others on lean tools including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, kaizen facilitation, A3 thinking,waste elimination
Buildsstrongworkingrelationshipswith internal and/or external customers
Identifiesunexpressedcustomerneedsandpotentialproducts/servicestomeet those needs
Isself-sufficientandmotivatedtotake action and grow and develop
Providespeer-to-peercoachingand developmental feedback to others
PAY RANGE:

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
