    • Lead data analysis, translating business needs into analytical insights, and supporting strategic decisions through high-impact reporting and data modeling.
    • Analyze logistics performance metrics, including transportation spend, delivery times, inventory levels, and warehouse efficiency across multiple sites
    • Work with business leaders to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key logistics data for stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to identify data-driven solutions for logistics challenges.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics for 3PL service providers such as labor capacity, truck utilization, and operating cost.
    • Monitor trends in logistics data and provide timely insights to management.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection and analysis.
    • Assist in the development of forecasting models to predict logistics needs and performance.
    • Support channel launches that improve first to last mile performance and transportation cost.

    Job Requirements

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor''s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master''s degree preferred.
    • 1+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on logistics or supply chain metrics.
    • SQL proficiency is required. Other proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as Python, or R is a plus.
    • Tableau and MS Excel proficiency is required. Knowledge on other data visualization tools like Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts and metrics.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
