Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: 11750 Katy Freeway, Suite 120, Houston, TX 77079 (100% REMOTE)
Qualifications:
- My team works remote, the candidate needs to be an independent worker, proficient in Excel and has Power BI experience. SAP experience would be a plus.
EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience.
- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI.
- Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes.
- Strong data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet team objectives. Incumbent may also be assigned additional duties as directed, including, but not limited to:
- managing import inbounds, including container tracking, confirmation of delivery, diversions, etc.
- The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed.
