We are seeking a highly motivated high potential Supply Chain Analyst (SC Analyst) for our Rochester, NY location.Summary:Working closely with Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, and Operations, the SC Analyst will be a key team member in ensuring the WWE Supply Chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This role will have primary responsibility for a supply chain (SC) function (transportation, warehousing, inventory management) and work with the rest of the SC team as needed to address issues as they arise. Leveraging strong productivity solutions skills (e.g., MS Excel, Business Intelligence solutions, and the company ERP) the SC admin will prepare reports, update status and tracking, process inventory status, update orders, and other tasks as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inventory control and reportingProvide support and guidance to the warehouse teamsSupport and maintenance of inventory systemsProvide support to the Sales Team, Customer Service and Logistics Operations with day-to-day issuesResolution of freight carrier discrepancies and chargesProvide support / backup to the Supply Chain Manager and Management TeamProvide support / backup to the Purchasing Planner for domestic and export orders and shipmentsAssist in generating business KPIsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeStrong Communication Skills - Verbal and WrittenData analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, or similar toolsStrong sense of personal integrity and commitmentAttention to detail and ability to multi-taskKnowledge of generic Supply Chain Management systems and formsCompetent in spoken and written EnglishGood mathematical skillsExcellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsAbility to successfully communicate and work with cross-functional teamsAction-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and adaptAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesWillingness to "roll up sleeves" daily to be involved in getting the work done is a requirement1-2 years Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferredEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
