Charlotte NC
Contract - 1st Shift, 5/40
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay Rate: $34.06/Hr.
Travel: yes, 20%

Required Qualifications: Supply Chain Analyst - ENT

Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of Supply Chain or Sourcing experience within large international organizations, preferably in aftermarket or resale businesses.
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
2+ years of SAP and Power BI experience.
Ability to travel within North America up to 20%, with international travel as needed.

Position Summary: Supply Chain Analyst - ENT

Support supplier accounts, supplier administration, and supplier negotiations.
Develop short and long-term aftermarket procurement strategies supporting the Aftermarket RCD business.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with suppliers, supply chain teams, engineering, quality, and product management organizations.

Responsibilities: Supply Chain Analyst - ENT

Develop and execute category strategies for aftermarket parts.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging industry trends.
Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, localization, and relationship management activities.
Establish and maintain strong supplier partnerships.
Negotiate supplier terms, conditions, and pricing.
Manage pricing with regional vendors in a cross-functional sourcing environment.
Implement cost reduction initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations teams.
Define, monitor, and evaluate supplier performance metrics (KPIs).
Address supplier performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance, strategy, and influence within a cross-functional procurement environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Supply Chain Analyst - ENT

Master's degree in supply chain, Business, or Engineering.
3+ years of Sourcing or Supply Chain experience supporting aftermarket operations.
Demonstrated success driving cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and contract negotiation.
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
