Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to track key supply chain KPI’s.
- Evaluate current supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices in supply chain operations and logistics.
- Assist in the development and execution of supply chain strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage lead times and ensure timely materials delivery.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance and work on improving supplier quality and delivery.
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in supply chain management.

Education, Certifications/License, Work Experience, Software Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in data analysis, process improvement, and supply chain planning.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term supply chain planning.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.

Physical Requirements:- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak periods or unique campaigns.
- Hybrid Role requiring two or more in-office days weekly, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility to travel to warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution locations with the ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist for long periods while at these locations.
- Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination (such as a computer, keyboard, and mouse) while constantly viewing a monitor.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to exchange information effectively.
