    Required Education:

    Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

    Recommended Education:

    Master's degree or equivalent degree

    Required Work Experience:

    Related Field- 5 years with 1 year of leadership experience

    Recommended Work Experience:

    Supply Chain- Workday experience

    Required Certifications:

    Drivers License- Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicles

    Description

    1. Manages, plans, and directs the Supply Cart System daily operations including staffing, supplies, equipment, and space. Develops and maintain inventory level for daily operations.2. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures for the receipt, storage, and control of supplies and equipment in Supply Cart.3. Manages, analyzes, and plans for operational budgets and the charging system for supplies.4. Monitors inventory items to identify usage trends or patterns and adjusts inventory levels to address seasonal usage.5. Collaborates with stakeholders on new items, contracted items, and the standardization of supplies and equipment.6. Manages and monitors the department’s compliance with CMS, Joint Commissions, other regulatory bodies, organization’s policies and procedures.7. Talent Management from hiring, training, performance management, and manage employee’s cycle at Arkansas Children to align with organization goals and performance metrics8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
