Description

Leidos is hiring a Supply Administration and Operations Analyst to support our customer at MacDill AFB, FL. This role supports warehousing operations and executes organizational-level logistics processes in alignment with Marine Corps directives. Responsibilities span supply, maintenance, transportation, distribution, and equipment accountability in support of operational forces, both domestic and overseas, across mission and training requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of equipment and materials.
  • Analyze shipment activity, disposal actions, and material management issues, with a focus on accountability, serviceability, and shelf-life tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including missing gear statements, work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, proof of delivery, and Delivery Tracking Schedules (DTS).
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against manifests, invoices, and orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide analysis of supply and maintenance systems to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements.
  • Assist with coordination and fielding of Table of Equipment (T/E) and Principal End Items (PEIs), including accountability, distribution, and disposal actions.
  • Review logistics programs to assess effectiveness and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in military supply or warehouse operations.
  • U.S. Citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance. An Interim Secret clearance is required prior to your first day of employment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid U.S. passport with the ability to travel and work internationally.
  • Ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass random urinalysis testing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a U.S. Marine Corps Supply Warehouse Non-Commissioned Officer.
  • At least one (1) year of experience supporting a Combatant Command or Component Command.
  • 1 year of experience with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
