Roles & Responsibilities
Contracts Program Manager - Supplier/Vendor Management (Onsite)
- Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliers
- Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component/server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
- Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
- Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy, tracking, and timely execution
- Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement/transactions
- Ensure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverables
- Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and operations
- Maintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycle
Basic Requirements:
- Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking, prioritization, stakeholder coordination)
- Experience working with supplier/vendor contracts and SOWs
- Familiarity with Icertis and legal/contract workflows (CELA) preferred
- PST support. Prefer Seattle locals - work from MSFT office once a week

Salary Range: $90,000 - $113,000 a year
