Move Forward with VoltVolt is immediately hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer in San Diego CA.As a Supplier Quality Engineer you will Review supplier data to verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Review non-conforming parts in MRB Material Review Board and determine appropriate dispositions. Monitor and report on supplier defect rates guide suppliers in corrective actions. Support suppliers in implementing process improvements and quality assurance plans. Participate in supplier quality improvement activities working with suppliers to develop and improve quality levels.This is a full-time - long term temp possible temp to hire role.Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 5am plus overtime with some flexibility of starting earlier. This is a full-time onsite position at the San Diego facility.The ideal candidate will have Bachelor of Science degree e.g. Engineering Industrial technology Manufacturing Technology Extensive experience in supplier quality manufacturing standards and quality assurance.
