Position Summary:
We are looking for an individual with experience in supplier quality management to assist with the organization and oversight of our supplier list, documentation, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain the existing list of suppliers, including ensuring up-to-date status and the products/services each supplier provides
- Organize supplier-related data to support quality, compliance, and business objectives
- Revise and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to supplier management
- Support qualification and monitoring activities for suppliers, including documentation and process review
- Participate in the issuance and tracking of SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) letters
- Provide general support for supplier quality and qualification processes
- Demonstrate strong technical writing skills and organizational abilities
- Work collaboratively with the supplier quality team and stakeholders
Ideal Qualifications:
- Prior supplier quality and/or supplier management experience
- Familiarity with qualification, monitoring, and corrective action processes
- Strong organization and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
