Position: Supplier Quality Specialist
Location: Norcross, GA, (Local)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and document Supplier Quality Reviews (SQRs) in accordance with established procedures.
- Collect and evaluate supplier quality metrics, performance trends, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align supplier performance assessments.
- Maintain accurate quality records and ensure timely archival of supplier review reports within Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Review and manage supplier certifications, registrations, and compliance documents (FDA, ISO, etc.).
- Support supplier communications regarding quality performance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to supplier quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Infor LN.
- Strong understanding of supplier quality processes, compliance requirements, and quality documentation.
