The purpose of Southwire's College Programs is to provide valuable experience to students pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher. Our goal is to give students meaningful work that builds on what they are learning in the classroom. Our programs are project based. Students will receive a project at the beginning of the summer and present it in our project expo at the end of the summer. Job Summary
Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for leading supplier quality strategy, supplier development, supplier
quality performance evaluations, customer quality experience, and continuous improvement initiatives across
Southwires Wire & Cable vendor portfolio. Oversees NPI and MOL product quality qualification
requirements, supplier audits, quality metrics, Enterprise ISO 9001 compliance, SAP-based quality
management, and structured problem-solving efforts to improve supplier performance, reduce quality costs,
and enhance customer satisfaction.

Years of Experience: 8-11 years
Field of Expertise: Quality or Vendor Management in a manufacturing
environment.
