Location: Fond du Lac, WI
Job Description:
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering Program Manager with strong experience in supplier quality, program/project management, supply chain, APQP, PPAP, and cross-functional leadership to support product development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive project schedules while monitoring scope, cost, tooling, risk, and key performance metrics.
Manage multiple programs and coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service, and other functional teams.
Partner with Procurement Program Managers and Supplier Quality Managers/Engineers to drive program objectives.
Manage APQP and HPPD/Stage-Gate processes throughout product development programs.
Perform risk assessments, identify critical issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Coordinate supplier quality program reviews and track actions, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop program performance reports, KPIs, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate across multiple plants and with suppliers to resolve issues and maintain program schedules.
Support data-driven decision-making and communicate program status, risks, and business impacts.
Lead and train team members while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
Strong Supplier Quality and Supply Chain Management experience.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects/programs.
Strong knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes.
Experience with engineering drawings, prints, and specifications.
Strong risk management, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional domestic and international travel.
