Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
Experience: 7 10+ years in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or Quality Engineering.

Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on Supplier Quality Engineer with strong experience in aluminum casting and machining to manage supplier quality, resolve production issues, and support new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality for casting and machined components.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, audits, CAPA, 8D, and corrective actions.
• Support NPD, launches, and production ramp-up.
• Improve supplier process capability, quality, and performance.
• Partner with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide hands-on shop-floor support and technical guidance.

• Machining Processes
• APQP & PPAP
• Supplier Audits & Quality Management
• Root Cause Analysis / CAPA / 8D
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
