Pay: $36–39/hr
Duration: 12-Month Contract with potential for extension or conversion
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Supplier Change Notifications (SCNs), including impact assessments and implementation
- Lead material non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments
- Drive Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) through investigation, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness
- Support supplier qualification, new material qualification, and receiving inspection development
- Create and maintain supplier performance scorecards
- Drive continuous supplier improvement and maintain supplier history documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 1+ years of Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering experience
- Experience with supplier audits, supplier development, or supplier quality processes
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
