Description

Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite)
Pay: $36–39/hr
Duration: 12-Month Contract with potential for extension or conversion 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
We're seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer with a degree and at least 1+ years of supplier quality or quality engineering experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in supplier quality within a regulated manufacturing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Supplier Change Notifications (SCNs), including impact assessments and implementation
  • Lead material non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments
  • Drive Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) through investigation, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness
  • Support supplier qualification, new material qualification, and receiving inspection development
  • Create and maintain supplier performance scorecards
  • Drive continuous supplier improvement and maintain supplier history documentation
 
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 1+ years of Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering experience
  • Experience with supplier audits, supplier development, or supplier quality processes
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
