• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; CQE certification may substitute/strengthen qualification.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Medical device experience strongly preferred.
• Supplier Quality / Supplier Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, QSR/FDA requirements, FMEA, design assurance, and product testing.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience with SPC, statistics, and process capability.
• Experience with CMM and/or optical comparator inspection equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and project leadership skills.
