Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer dedicated to advancing product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing costs. This role involves implementing effective supplier quality processes to guarantee superior product performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Quality Management: Develop and oversee supplier quality plans using comprehensive risk analysis techniques. Conduct supplier quality audits and manage corrective and preventive action plans.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance supplier processes and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality checkpoints in product designs.
- Data Analysis: Assess the necessity for quality data and generate analytical reports to inform process enhancements.
- Supplier Collaboration: Foster constructive relationships with suppliers, engineering, and sourcing teams to facilitate product and process innovations.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance indicators during manufacturing.
- Travel: Be prepared for travel to supplier sites as required, including international travel.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or regulatory assurance.
- Ability to obtain relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Proficiency in ISO9000, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and MRP/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:
