    Description

    Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for managing and improving supplier quality performance within a manufacturing environment. Leads supplier-related non-conformance investigations, CAPA, NCR, root cause analysis, First Article Inspection (FAI), and part approval activities. Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve incoming material quality, resolve production issues, strengthen supplier accountability, and drive continuous improvement across the supplier network.

    • Strong experience in supplier quality engineering, including CAPA ownership and root cause analysis
    • Experience managing and closing non-conformance reports (NCRs) in a manufacturing setting
    • Background working with electromechanical components and supplier quality processes
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience improving supplier selection and qualification processes
    • Familiarity with incoming inspection control and material quality validation
    • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements across supplier networks
    • Supplier quality engineers' performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
