Supplier Engineer - RF

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or RF Power Engineering.
• More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment system and component troubleshooting.
• Expertise in multi-kilowatt high power RF environments from 1 to 60 MHz.
• Strong understanding of transmission line theory, impedance matching, RF measurements, and calibration techniques.
• Must have High Power RF.  Not looking for someone with Bluetooth or cell phone RF experience
• Experience working with analog and digital circuitry, hardware-software interactions, and PCB assembly, inspection, and testing.
• Familiarity with electrical measurement equipment including DMM, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as SEMI S2, ISO9000, RoHS, UL, IEEE, MIL, IPC 610/620.
• Practical lab experience and hands-on work in electro-mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for semiconductor equipment systems and RF components.
• Develop and validate RF power systems including power generators, matching networks, and filters to meet operational specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware and software issues.
• Perform RF measurements and calibration to ensure equipment performance aligns with quality and reliability standards.
• Support product development, manufacturing, and testing of high-power RF systems and components.
