Job Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex Operational Accounting initiatives supporting supplier onboarding, supplier master maintenance, and Ariba-related operational processes. This role supports ongoing Ariba and PeopleSoft projects requiring large volumes of supplier maintenance, onboarding, and data cleanup activities.
The Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier records, supporting onboarding activities, handling escalations, maintaining data quality, and ensuring suppliers are successfully established within enterprise procurement and payment systems.
This position requires a highly organized self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Contracts, and business groups.
