Job Summary
The operations dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency and performance of the support services division (multiple departments) is met based on interactions via dispatch - direct contact. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring appropriate documentation of requests through the cycle of identification to completion.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree: Associate's Preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
Work Experience: One (1) Year Dispatching
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing Correspondence, Writing/Reports
Bilingual Skills: Spanish preferred
Proficiencies: MS Outlook, PC
