Responsibilities:- Supervise and support nursing staff, home health aides, and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor ongoing patient progress
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing private home care services
- Perform field visits to evaluate staff performance and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Provide clinical guidance, staff education, and in-service training as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure proper record-keeping standards
Requirements:- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or private care settings
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical environment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS documentation, and care planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for field visits
