Qualifications & Experience: - Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Experience managing opening and closing shifts
- Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and product rotation
- Strong customer service and guest recovery skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Experience handling cash management, deposits, and daily reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
