Who We Are Looking For:
Are you passionate about social justice and ready to make a difference in the lives of the men who live with challenging multiple diagnoses? As a Supervisor, you will provide supervision of community-based residential and day programs for people with developmental disabilities, and provide leadership to staff. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and compassionate in all situations.
Supports To Empower People (STEP) provides comprehensive, community and residential services to adult men who have intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/DD) as well as significant behavioral and mental health concerns. The principles of Dialectical Behavioral Treatment (DBT) are adapted for the individual and integrated into all aspects of supports. STEP provides empowering assistance in therapeutically receptive environments which allows participants to embark upon the clinical challenges encountered and to safely explore and pursue their dreams.
Schedule Includes: The hours will be flexible for the first few months and then will move to Tuesday - Saturday 3:00PM - 11:00PM- after fully trained.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
