As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for receiving, handling, storing, controlling, and shipping materials that support the manufacturing and distribution of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure materials and finished goods are available when needed while maintaining compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence. Through leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will help drive a safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operation.What We Offer From Day 1Medical, Dental, Disability, and Life Insurance CoverageVision PlanPaid Vacation Days and Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveRetirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramEducational Assistance PlanWhat You'll Be DoingOversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, and shipping of finished goods.Ensure warehouse operations are executed safely, accurately, and in compliance with Baxter policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Support manufacturing operations by ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging components, and MRO materials.Coordinate shipments to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operators and Group Leaders.Provide clear direction, performance feedback, recognition, and development opportunities for team members.Schedule staffing and allocate resources based on business needs.Manage attendance, overtime, and labor utilization to support operational requirements while maintaining budget expectations.Promote employee engagement and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Maintain accurate inventory control and warehouse records.Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely.Monitor warehouse processes to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, company procedures, and regulatory standards.Support audits, investigations, non-conformance activities, CAPAs, and Change Control processes.Collaborate with Quality to ensure timely release of raw materials and finished products.Drive Lean and operational excellence initiatives throughout the warehouse.Measure and monitor warehouse performance using key operational metrics.Identify and implement opportunities to improve service, efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.Lead and support special projects that enhance warehouse and logistics operations.Support ACE and Tier meeting processes and drive action plans to improve performance.Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.Serve as a key liaison to ensure alignment between warehouse operations and internal customer needs.Support business continuity through effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.What You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.Master's Degree preferred.5 to 8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.Experience with inventory control systems and warehouse management practices.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulated manufacturing environments preferred.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)..Ability to drive results through collaboration, influence, and continuous improvement.US Benefits at Baxter (except for Puerto Rico)This is where your well-being matters.
