Production Supervisor in Norfolk, NE!
Pay: $18.00/hour, increase in pay after training complete.
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM)
Note: Position will transition to a rotating night shift schedule after training. Weekend availability required based on rotation.
What Youll Do:- Supervise and support production employees
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency
- Assist with bagging, tagging, and packaging products
- Prepare materials, including rolling product and boxing
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate machinery as needed
- Monitor and ensure quality control standards
- Perform manual lifting and other assigned duties
