A Sterile Processing Supervisor opportunity is available at a 204-bed Primary Stroke Center in Loxahatchee, FL, a community within Palm Beach County that also serves the surrounding Wellington and Royal Palm Beach areas. The facility includes emergency services, a Level II NICU, a dedicated New Life Center, a full-service Children's Hospital, and a broad range of surgical and specialty services including robotics and interventional radiology.

The role. Reporting within the surgical services structure, the Supervisor of Sterile Processing is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of instrument decontamination, cleaning, assembly, and sterilization to support patient safety across the hospital. The supervisor manages staff scheduling and daily workflow, oversees quality control procedures, and performs and validates sterilization testing to ensure consistent compliance. Regulatory adherence is a core focus, encompassing standards from the Joint Commission, OSHA, CDC, and AAMI. The supervisor also leads the training and onboarding of new personnel and coordinates instrument and equipment management in close collaboration with surgical and clinical teams.

What we're looking for.
  • High School Graduate / GED
  • A Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or equivalent certification is required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of previous experience in sterile processing
  • Must have minimum 1 year of leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and automated sterilization systems
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills for managing a team and coordinating with other hospital staff

Schedule. Full-time, day shift with no weekend rotation.

Compensation. $20.00 - $28.50/hr plus Relo - up to 5K w/ HR approval
