Position Summary
The Supervisor, State General Management is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives, leading the relationships with state organizations, business partners, and internal stakeholders. The supervisor ss also responsible for ensuring satisfaction and managing the relationship with customers.

Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide leadership, development, and support to the Account Executives
  • Meet with dealer associations to forge relationships and uncover additional business opportunities
  • Manage the relationship with State Organizations including identifying legislation, product, service opportunities for CVR
  • Ensure compliance of CVR with State contract
  • Monitors/Updates state playbooks and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams address any product needs and/or enhancements
  • Manage the install process project plan to ensure each new account is assigned, installed and managed with exceptional customer service
  • Understanding CVR strategic business drivers and implementing business strategies designed to achieve those goals
  • Manage the backlog process and workload within a geographic area
  • Serve as the first level of escalation for technical, customer or state concerns
  • Provide performance reports and business improvements to both management and customers
  • Ensure internal reporting is correctly input within our internal systems
  • Consistent collaboration with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience from point of sale to implementation to ongoing support
  • Present monthly business reviews with internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years account management experience and at least 1 years of management experience
  • 50% travel within Illinois, Indiana and Massachusetts to meet with customers and business partners
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and customer service communication skills
  • PC/application proficiency including standard applications (email, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to create and present business cases for resource needs
  • Ability to present to a large audience either in person or virtually
  • Strong customer relationship management
  • Excellent organization and process excellence
