ASRC Agile Decision Sciences is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our SSDS Combat Weapons team. This individual should have engineering experience to collaborate and help lead a group of high performing agile engineering teams. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field) or equivalent related work experienceThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance, US Citizenship is required.This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization(s) within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract(s).2-4 years' experience in leadership role or management of software development, maintenance, or support of large-scale software programsExperience developing software with Agile principlesAcademic or professional experience with Engineering ManagementUnderstanding of EVMS conceptsFamiliarity with JiraFamiliarity of process and software metricsFamiliarity Process Analytics
