Job responsibilities:
-Make dough in the morning (able to lift 50-75 lbs)
-Coordinate the restaurant operation
-Multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Oversee the delivery orders & times, as well as communicating with the delivery drivers and customers to provide excellent customer service
-Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
-Respond efficiently to customer complaints
-Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
-Organize and supervise shifts
-Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
-Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
-Controls costs and minimize waste
-Successfully promote and publicize the brand
