Summary
The Security Supervisor leads and coordinates security functions across a multi‑site task order in Africa, ensuring the comprehensive protection of personnel, operations, classified and sensitive information, and corporate assets. This role advises the Task Order Manager, implements force‑protection strategies in alignment with SOCAFRICA/AFRICOM ATFP requirements, and ensures full compliance with U.S. Government and Host Nation security directives. The position also supports organizational objectives related to logistics, asset protection, industrial security, investigations, and business continuity.

This position requires an active DoD Secret clearance. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a national security clearance in accordance with U.S. Government standards. Preference given to applicants who already possess current eligibility.
Experience supporting U.S. Government programs, particularly within Africa or other contingency environments.
Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), DoDI 2000.12, military Force Protection Condition (FPCON) standards, and associated overseas force‑protection practices.
Strong background in physical security, operations security (OPSEC), asset protection.
Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, leading guard forces, and performing audits or assessments across multiple sites.
Ability to operate in austere or high‑risk environments with multinational teams and diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
