Assists manager in orientation of new employees, education, skills competency determination, performance improvement, problem solving and counseling, scheduling and special projects. Performs critical and non-critical respiratory care procedures and/or diagnostics through both physician directives and respiratory care protocols. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
