JOB SUMMARY
The Repossession and Remarketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the repossession of vehicles and the subsequent remarketing and sale of the repossessed assets. This includes managing multiple vendor relationships, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and ensuring the repo and remarketing agents are meeting and exceeding core KPI's. The Repossession and Remarketing Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, developing and performance managing the team in a remote environment

Job Knowledge and Skill
Bachelor''s degree in business or related field, and 3-5 years of supervisory role preferred, OR proven experience demonstrating:
Ability to review and interpret key performance indicators
Ability to establish and manage to operational performance goals
Ability to identify and resolve operational roadblocks
Ability to anticipate short term and long-term problems and implement solutions
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to influence employee satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organization and time management skills
Extensive knowledge and understanding auto auction operations
General understanding of vehicle repossession and title processing
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, 365, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
Personal attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Even Temperament, Integrity, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving
Talented negotiator and manage to make deals that are not only profitable but a broad experience for both negotiating parties
Business Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.
The US salary range for this full-time position is $ 80,000 - $ 124,000
