Founded in 1938, Wilcox Medical Center is a not-for-profit medical center dedicated to providing the Kaua'i community with accessible quality health care. The largest medical center on Kaua'i, it is a state-of-the-art acute care facility with a full suite of services offering 30 specialties and programs, including cardiology, emergency, family practice, gastroenterology, health management, internal medicine, neurology, OB-GYN, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics and urology. Rehabilitation Services provides physical, occupational, speech and cardiac rehab therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients across the full continuum of care. Our trained experts specialize in a variety of innovative programs for people with physical and cognitive disabilities and injuries, including conditions such as brain injury, stroke, spinal cord disorders, orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis, amputations, arthritis, Parkinson's disease and chronic pain.

As the Supervisor for Rehab Services, you will facilitate the optimal and most effective use of resources to deliver quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with management and clinical staff to integrate strategic objectives into the management of patient care delivery activities.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai'i State clinical license and/or certification in rehabilitation discipline. Current Heart Saver-AED card issued by the American Heart Association. Three (3) years of clinical and lead/supervisory experience in rehabilitation services or related discipline. One (1) year experience with Pediatric or Adult population.
