Supervisor Processing

Fulfill responsibilities for quality, productivity, and personnel relations, cost controls, safety, housekeeping, GMP, environmental compliance, batching, changeovers, and validations. Plan and implement cleaning and batching schedules by efficient allocation of manpower, material, equipment, and maintenance support.

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:Supervise and manage training for all hourly processing and utility department personnel (3-shift operation). Fulfill responsibilities for quality, productivity, and personnel relations, cost controls, safety, housekeeping, GMP, environmental compliance, batching, changeovers, and validations.Accountabilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate processing technicians and utility personnel as assigned. Fill in for Processing Manager.
• Moderate direct impact on profitability through efficiency of operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the workplace, employees, products, and documents comply with U.S. and Foreign GMPs and C.B. Fleet standards for quality and safety.
• Plan and implement cleaning and batching schedules by efficient allocation of manpower, material, equipment, and maintenance support.
• Ensure that all required records, logs, reports, schedules, and computer entries are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review cleaning procedures, batch records, workstation procedures, and update as required. Generate new procedures as necessary.
• Evaluate effectiveness and revision as needed: utility cleaning program, sanitation, processing procedures, and equipment functionality.
• Perform other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS or the equivalent.
• Minimum of four years of related experience including one year of supervisory experience
