Description
Overview:
The Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of pharmacy patient care coordinators (PCC) serving ARx Patient Solutions Pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
Supervises daily PCC tasks and performance levels applying operating discipline across both front end and fulfillment.
Monitors pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels
Creates PCC schedule and monitors schedule adherence.
Manages and reallocates resources intraday to maintain workload and service level agreements.
Provides coaching and performance feedback as needed.
Provides huddles to cover communications/process opportunities and changes.
Completes 1 on 1’s to evaluate workload, performance, and correction.
Completes timecard review, mid-year performance review and annual performance review of strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Maintains team morale and employee retention by serving as a point of contact for questions and concerns.
Resolves challenges, conflicts, and grievances in partnership with HR as needed.
Participates in interviewing and hiring new PCCs and completes training.
Maintains commitment to quality and efficiency by reviewing processes and procedures.
Identify risks and opportunities for process and procedure changes.
Provides communication and follow up to ensure PCCs are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes, or actions.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of direct reports.
Maintains collaboration among PCCs and resolves grievances.
Prepare composite reports from individual reports for direct reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Identify and report adverse events pursuant to program requirements.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Certificates, licenses, and registrations preferred: Kansas Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Computer skills preferred: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Teams)Experience:2-4 years’ experience as a supervisor preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, preferred.
