Supervisor Pharmacy

This position partners with key stakeholders to drive strategic objectives, including, but not limited to program growth, financial stewardship, quality assurance, customer service, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. The Supervisor will have a strong knowledge of the area and will skillfully use interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and collaboration skills to support and manage operational objectives.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

The Supervisor will have multi department responsibility and will supervise a team of employees who have daily interactions with providers/service line leaders. The Supervisor is responsible for providing direction, leadership, project management and oversight of the business functions for the designated area. Responsible for staff, work processes and quality initiatives in the assigned program, pharmacy, or service line. The Supervisor will have a strong knowledge of the area and will skillfully use interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and collaboration skills to support and manage operational objectives. Responsibilities

• Responsibility for direction and leadership of assigned team, including, scheduling, performance manage, and day-to-day operations.
• Complete timely performance reviews of staff according to policy.
• Manage operational expenses to meet the financial goals of the organization.
• Actively supports the recruitment, orientation and promotes the engagement of team
• Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations

Required Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in business or healthcare related field or equivalent years of experience
• 3 years of Supervisory and/or leadership experience
• Pharmacy Technician MN

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of Supervisory and/or leadership experience
• Nationally certified. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)

 

Qualifications:

$67,100.80- $94,723.20 Annual
