Responsibilities:

The Supervisor, Patient Experience Operations oversees frontline staff and workflow, provides coaching, and ensures tasks meet quality and safety standards at the assigned location(s). This position carries out essential day‑to‑day responsibilities, follows established processes, and provides the reliable execution that supports the entire operational structure.

Qualifications:

Required:

• One year of administrative, coordinator, customer service, or operational support experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Desired:

• One year of healthcare operations or frontline support experience
• Associate or Bachelor degree
