Description

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the paralegal team across multiple practice areas
  • Manage staffing, workload allocation, and utilization to meet business demands
  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding, training, and ongoing performance management
  • Partner with attorneys and leadership to coordinate workflows and case support
  • Monitor administrative processes including timekeeping, expenses, and attendance
  • Support budget planning, vendor management, and cost control initiatives
  • Lead process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency
  • Coordinate special requests including urgent staffing, notary, and apostille services
  • Deliver training programs and mentor-ship initiatives to enhance team capability
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and industry standards

Profile

A successful Supervisor, Paralegal Services should have:

  • Proven experience in paralegal work with strong knowledge of litigation and transactions
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion
