Ready to lead a high-performing logistics team?
As a Logistics Supervisor in Echt, you take responsibility for daily warehouse operations within High-tech division. You ensure KPI's are met, processes run smoothly, and your team performs at its best.
You combine operational control with people leadership. You make decisions on the floor, adjust planning when needed, and continuously improve performance.
You'll work in one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe, supported by advanced ERP/WMS systems such as SAP. Performance, structure, and collaboration are central to how we operate.
YOUR ROLE
As Logistics Supervisor, you coordinate and optimize the logistics process within your department. You are responsible for daily targets, staffing, and operational continuity.
You will lead Assistant Supervisors and operational employees and report to the Warehouse Manager. Together with fellow Supervisors, you ensure alignment between Operations, Workforce, and Support departments.
You'll work in shifts (early, late, or day shifts depending on the department) and occasionally on weekends based on operational requirements.
