    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Previous healthcare leadership or supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Ability to lead teams, drive operational efficiency, and support provider and staff success

    What You'll Do:

    • Supervise and support clinic staff and daily operations
    • Foster a positive, patient-centered culture
    • Partner with providers and leadership to improve workflows and service excellence
    • Assist with staffing, coaching, training, and performance management

    Job Summary:

    Oversees, promotes workflow and acts as a resource for an outpatient clinic or physician office.

    Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the clinic.
    • Responsible for forecasting, developing and evaluating annual budgets for all program areas. Manages clinical, human resource and financial data to support and enhance decision-making, provides assessment, analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation of unit(s) delivery of care and services.
    • Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
    • Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

    EXPERIENCE

    • Four years' experience
